Read More** SOLD ** You enter via the cabin at the rear which is a spacious area including seating and a table, here you go down the steps into the kitchen which is open plan with the living room , the kitchen consists of a full length fridge freezer 70/30, LPG gas oven and a 5 burner hob , there is plenty of work top space and also plenty of cupboards and storage space. There is a centre island with seating all around, in the living area there is an L shaped sofa ,multifuel log burner , underfloor heating and 6 radiators throughout the boat all controlled by the nest system of webasto. You go down a corridor to a 2nd bedroom on your right with a single bed that converts into a king size. The next room on your right is a spacious bathroom which consists of a large shower , pump out toilet , towel rails , sink unit. At the bow of the boat you have a master bedroom with a built in king size ottoman bed , with a double wardrobe and drawer unit. This vessel would provide someone with the opportunity to get on the water and have fun days and nights out for relatively little money. This boat has a BMC Engine The covered rear deck area has a Captain's chair and seating for up to 4 people. The deck has been fitted out with non-slip matting, there is a leisure battery, fire extinguisher and socket for use while connected to shore mains. From the rear deck, steps lead down to the main cabin area which comprises of a dining table to one side with seating for four people, this converts to a single bed. On the opposite side there is a work surface with a sink incorporating a gas hob. Again there are electric sockets for when the boat is connected to shore mains. Lighting is via newly fitted multi directional spotlighting. From the kitchen a door leads to the toilet comprising of a Thetford cassette toilet. Now Spring is upon us here at St Mary's Marina and the nicer weather is here , so are the lovely flowers but to all dog owners please be aware, as nice as they are to look at for us , for our four legged friends they can be harmful , here are a few flowers on the marina that are harmful to dogs. So if your dogs like to chew on grass and maybe the flowers please take care.

much nicer than the ice and snow.
